Shipping policy

Please be aware that shipping estimates are just estimates and are NOT guaranteed. We cannot control the speed of delivery once a package has left our shop. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please contact us when placing your order.

FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:
You can expect to receive orders 3-10 business days after shipment.
Shipping upgrades are available if you need your order in a shorter time frame.
A tracking number will be provided, unless you select letter mail shipping.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS:
You can expect to receive your order about a week after shipment.
Sometimes it takes longer. Shipping upgrades are available if you need your order in a shorter time frame.
A tracking number will be provided and sent with your shipping notification.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Most orders are delivered within 2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery. If you do not receive your order in that time frame, please contact us.
Buyer is responsible for any customs fees, taxes or other charges which may be applied. 

CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS:
Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address. If a package is returned undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the shipping fee must be paid again in order to send a replacement.
